The food is incredible! They were also very understanding and had no issues with my dietary restrictions. The staff were kind, funny and fully understood the menu. Also, the entire place is spotless! This is the cleanest restaurant I have ever been to and the price point is great. Check this place out!!

We went here for our 4th anniversary and WOW! The food was phenomenal and beautifully plated. Very fancy, quite pricey and upscale BUT worth it. It's a VERY small restaurant that really focuses on their amazing locally fresh menu and the menu always changes depending on what's in season. I love how they support all local businesses from meat, fruits and veggies and even breweries and coffee. I like how it's small and not busy. It's beautiful on the inside and very quiet and cozy. Our server was great and the chefs did a fantastic job! Highly recommend!

3 of us went and sat at the chefs table!! What an experience, Anya, our server was awesome, so kind and very helpful! The chefs were so nice and friendly, we got to watch every step of the cooking process and service. They answer any question you have and make sure the experience is special!! We will be back again for sure!

We went here for supper and had an amazing time! The dishes were well prepared and flavourful, while the presentation was top notch. (The lobster was particularly good) Going to a place like this I always worry about small portions, however, the portions were quite generous and we both left full and satisfied. I would highly recommend this restaurant for a gourmet experience.

Update on second experience in January 2025 Chef's Table experience: Same as below - 5 stars. Winter menu foie gras and pork belly/scallop apps are excellent, duck breast and lamb agnotti mains were also very good. Maply butternut tart was the winner for dessert. Thanks to Sam, Josh, Peter, and Ania and who made our experience enjoyable for a second time. We'll be back! My partner and I had an amazing night out at Sixthirtynine and as avid foodies, we tried the Chef's Table experience. It did not disappoint - Sam and Josh were excellent Chef hosts, answering our kitchen-specific and cooking questions, and sharing with us a bit about the world of cuisine and their backgrounds. We also had friendly service from Teagan, who was excellent - she checked in just enough and made sure our glasses were always full. Great conversation and friendly service from the whole team. The food was fresh and full of flavour. We enjoyed everything immensely! We had the pulled berkshire pork butterballen and dry aged beef tar-tar for apps (both were excellent) and for mains, the seared rainbow trout and roasted duck breast (again both excellent, the fish was particularly good and had lots of texture in the dish). We would highly recommend the experience and will return again. Thank you for hosting us!

We ended up in Woodstock by way of Toronto for a quick errand, absolutely starving and not expecting much beyond standard pub fare. We’re not typically fans of that, and while we’d call ourselves foodies, we’re more “passionate eaters” than “must-photograph-every-bite” types. That said—holy heck, we were blown away. This place is a true gem. The service had that warm, small-town hospitality that instantly puts you at ease—attentive, kind, and unpretentious. And the food? Absolutely phenomenal. Thoughtful, inventive dishes with surprising but perfectly balanced flavour profiles. It’s the kind of menu where you can feel the creativity and care in every bite. We’ve been lucky enough to dine at Michelin-starred spots around the world, and I can honestly say this restaurant holds its own. The execution is world-class—but without the price tag. It’s a rare and wonderful thing. Already dreaming up excuses to head back to Woodstock for another meal.
